As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and directing theactivities of the business, ensuring it operates efficiently and effectively to achieveits goals.
Your role is pivotal to ensuring the smooth, profitable, and guest-centricoperation of all property listings, developing and implementing strategies, and monitoringperformance to ensure productivity and profitability.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the activities of the Facilities Manager in the operation of facilities
Liaise with management on routine monthly expenses and capital projects to keep facilities up to standard and ensure customer satisfaction
Ensure adherence to schedules of regular maintenance and repairs to ensure that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Manage budgets for capital expenditure to ensure that the properties are properly maintained and upgraded as needed within the budget
Liaise with estate managers, maintaining a good relationship between them and the company in the best interest of customers
Ensuring compliance with annual PPM schedules.
Overseeing capital improvement projects, such as renovations, expansions, and equipment upgrades, from planning to completion.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly records of revenue generated and occupancy as well as other records and data relating to facilities and operations
Weekly cash flow review with the finance team to ensure accuracy of expenses in relation to facilities management
Carry out monthly revenue reconciliation with the finance team across all product lines as it relates to properties and in-house services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure monthly targets are met.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 7-10 years experience.
