Description
The Chief Operating and Finance Officer (COFO) is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's day-to-day operations and financial functions.
The COFO ensures operational excellence, financial integrity, and sustainable growth within the infusion manufacturing sector, aligning operational strategies with the company's overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership:Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and strategies to optimize manufacturing efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee production processes, supply chain management, quality assurance, and facility management.
Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry-specific regulations.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maintain high standards of safety.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure reliable sourcing and distribution.
Financial Management:Direct financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Oversee accounting, audit, and reporting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage cash flow, investments, and financial risk assessments.
Develop financial strategies to support growth, capital investments, and operational expansion.
Ensure effective internal controls and financial governance.
Leadership & Strategic Planning:Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute the company’s strategic plan.
Lead, mentor, and develop operational and finance teams.
Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Regulatory & Compliance:Ensure compliance with all applicable industry regulations, including FDA, EMA, ISO standards, and other relevant authorities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting manufacturing and financial operations.
