They are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer with strong expertise in project coordination and site management, particularly in piling and foundation works. The successful candidate will oversee site operations, coordinate project resources and personnel, monitor project execution, and ensure that all activities meet required quality, safety, cost, and timeline standards.

Coordinate and supervise piling, foundation, and related civil engineering projects. Manage site personnel, subcontractors, equipment, and construction materials to ensure efficient project execution. Monitor project progress, ensuring compliance with approved specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, budgets, and timelines. Coordinate site activities with surveyors, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Conduct and document site investigations to support project planning and execution. Interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to guide site activities. Identify, assess, and resolve technical and operational challenges that may affect project delivery. Monitor resource utilization and ensure effective use of materials and equipment. Prepare site reports, maintain project documentation, and provide regular progress updates to management.

B.Sc. or HND in Civil Engineering. 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in civil engineering, project coordination, or construction site management. Strong practical experience in piling and foundation projects. Proven ability to coordinate construction projects and supervise site personnel and subcontractors. Experience in site investigations and general construction activities. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications. Good knowledge of site supervision, project monitoring, quality control, and construction safety practices. Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively across multiple project sites. COREN registration or demonstrable progress toward professional registration is an added advantage.

Salary: N300,000 – N400,000 monthly. Leave Allowance 13th-Month Salary Appraisal Bonuses Weekly Site Transportation Allowance HMO.
