Role Overview
KadMap Systems Limited is seeking a contract CRM Software Trainer who understands how to use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications and can teach clients to manage customer information, sales activities and customer relationships using the assigned software.
Scope of Engagement
The trainer will teach clients how to use the assigned CRM software. Coding, software development and technical integration are not required.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrain clients on how to use the assigned CRM software.
Demonstrate customer and contact management, lead tracking, sales opportunities, follow-up activities and reporting, where supported.
Explain how users maintain customer records and manage routine customer relationship workflows.
Guide participants through practical examples of using CRM features.
Prepare user guides, training exercises and step-by-step instructions.
Answer questions about the features and everyday use of the software.
Adapt training sessions to the client's sales, customer service or relationship-management activities.
Assess participants' understanding and identify areas requiring further training.
RequirementsDemonstrable experience using SuiteCRM or another comparable CRM software.
Good understanding of customer relationship management and relevant sales or customer service workflows.
Ability to demonstrate application features and explain them in clear business language.
Strong communication, presentation and teaching skills.
Ability to prepare practical training materials.
Experience in sales operations, customer service, account management or business development is desirable.
Software Knowledge Required:SuiteCRM
Other comparable standalone open-source CRM software.
