Job Title: Customer Experience Associate
Location: Eleganza - Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday.
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Work Mode: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will support customer interactions, respond to enquiries and contribute to a positive customer experience.
RequirementsMinimum of BSc qualification.
At least 2 years of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer engagement and problem-solving abilities.
Must be between 25 and 35 years of age.
Candidates residing within reasonable commuting distance of Eleganza, Lagos Island are preferred.
SalaryN200,000 monthly.
