Candlelight Foundation for Children with Special Needs is a non-profit organization that is passionately committed to empowering children with special needs, such as Autism, Dyslexia, and ADHD. The foundation provides support, resources, and opportunities for these children to thrive. As the organization seeks to extend its reach, it is actively looking for a dedicated Program Associate who is a resident of Lagos, even though the role is hybrid/remote, to join its team.

Job Summary
We seek a compassionate and enthusiastic individual to support the educational development of children with special needs.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and delivering engaging learning activities.
Support children with different learning abilities and developmental needs.
Help implement individualised learning strategies under appropriate supervision.
Monitor and document children's learning progress.
Collaborate with other team members to create an inclusive learning environment.
RequirementsIdeal Candidate:Background in Education, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with children.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and work collaboratively.
Other Requirements:Applicants must be available for an NYSC PPA placement or internship.
