Job Title: Facility Manager
Location: Victoria Island and Anthony, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and management of facilities to ensure they remain safe, functional, and well-maintained.
Supervise facility technicians, cleaners, security personnel, and other facility staff.
Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, generators, and other building equipment.
Conduct regular facility inspections and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and operational standards.
Manage facility budgets, maintenance costs, materials, and equipment inventory.
Respond promptly to facility breakdowns, complaints, and maintenance requests.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.
Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure that maintenance activities are completed within agreed timelines.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, incidents, and facility expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and applicable ISO standards.
Identify operational risks and recommend improvements to facility performance and efficiency.
Prepare periodic reports on facility operations, maintenance activities, and resource utilization.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess an HND with 2-5 years experience.
SalaryN300,000 - N320,000 monthly.
