Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven, and persuasive Female Business Development Officer / Marketing Executive to identify business opportunities, generate leads, acquire new clients, and secure service contracts for the company.
Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular field visits to construction sites, offices, restaurants, hotels, schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, and residential estates to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
Market and promote the company’s MEP and Facility Management services to prospective clients.
Identify, approach, and establish relationships with property owners, developers, contractors, facility managers, project managers, consultants, and business owners.
Generate leads and convert prospects into paying clients and long-term business partners.
Secure contracts for MEP installations, maintenance, repairs, and Facility Management services.
Prepare and deliver company presentations, proposals, quotations, and service profiles to prospective clients.
Follow up on leads, client enquiries, proposals, and ongoing negotiations to close business deals.
Build and maintain a database of prospective and existing clients.
Prepare regular reports on field visits, leads generated, client engagements, sales activities, and business development progress.
Represent the company professionally at client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, sales, or business development, preferably in MEP, Engineering, Construction, Real Estate, or Facility Management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-management skills.
Proven ability to generate leads, acquire clients, and close business deals.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and deliver measurable results.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and report preparation.
