We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Field Sales Executives to join a banking team. The role involves acquiring new customers, promoting banking products and services, and building strong customer relationships to achieve set targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and acquire new customers through field sales activities.
Promote and sell the bank’s products and services.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Assist customers with account opening and relevant banking processes.
Maintain good customer relationships and provide necessary support.
Meet assigned sales and acquisition targets.
Submit regular sales and activity reports.
RequirementsMinimum of OND qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Previous sales, marketing, banking or customer acquisition experience is an advantage.
Willingness to work in a field-based sales environment.
