We are seeking a result-oriented and experienced Field Sales Supervisor (FSS) to oversee sales operations across Agege, Ogba, Ishaga, Ile-Epo, Iyana Ipaja, Ipaja, Ayobo, Agbado, Mowe, Sango/Ota & environs The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing distributor relationships, supervising field sales activities, expanding market coverage, and ensuring the achievement of assigned sales targets across the territory.

Supervise and coordinate field sales activities across Agege Axis - Agege, Ogba, Ishaga, Ile-Epo, Iyana Ipaja, Ipaja, Ayobo, Agbado, Mowe, Sango/Ota & environs Manage and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key customers. Drive sales volume and ensure achievement of assigned territory targets. Monitor product availability, stock levels, distribution, and market coverage. Supervise and motivate field sales representatives within the assigned territory. Conduct regular market visits to monitor sales activities and identify new business opportunities. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and customer feedback. Ensure effective implementation of company sales and promotional strategies. Identify opportunities for market expansion and increased product penetration. Prepare and submit accurate sales, market, and activity reports. Ensure proper product visibility and availability across assigned outlets. Address field-level sales and distribution challenges promptly. Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related discipline. 5–7 years' experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a supervisory role. Good knowledge of Agege, Ogba, Ishaga, Ile-Epo, Iyana Ipaja, Ipaja, Ayobo, Agbado, Mowe, Sango/Ota & environs axis Proven experience in distributor and territory management. Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to supervise and motivate field sales personnel. Must be target-driven, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Candidates who reside within or have strong knowledge of the assigned territory are preferred.

Salary: N250,000 Gross month Monthly Float: N150,000
