 Job Title: Financial Controller

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Financial Controller to oversee financial operations, drive financial planning, and ensure effective financial management and control.

Prepare and review operational and financial reports. Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. Oversee treasury operations, cash flow, and liquidity management. Monitor financial performance, costs, and budget variances. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal control policies. Identify financial risks and recommend measures to improve efficiency and profitability. Support management with financial insights and recommendations.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications: ICAN and CFA. 5–7 years of relevant experience in financial control, financial management, or a similar role. Strong skills in operational reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, forecasting, and treasury management. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in financial reporting tools and Microsoft Excel.
