Job Summary

• We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Pharmacist to join our healthcare team.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for dispensing medications, providing expert advice on drug usage, monitoring patient health, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• The pharmacist will work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the safe and effective use of medications.

Key Responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medications accurately.
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and ensure no drug interactions.
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage, potential side effects, and storage.
• Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed and patient profiles.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with national drug laws and health standards.
• Manage inventory of pharmaceutical stock and place timely orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree.
• Valid license to practice as a Pharmacist from a recognized pharmacy council or board.
• Proven experience as a pharmacist (community or hospital setting is an advantage).
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations and medical terminology.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Salary
N200,000 - N300,000 / month.
