Overview
Responsible for the overall management, performance, and strategic direction of the Hostel facility.
Overseeing all facility operations
Maximizing occupancy for the facility
Manage the administrative activities,
Ensure top-notch maintenance of the facility,
Excellent at prioritising security for the facility
In charge of the overarching finance function, including managing budgets and controlling
costs for the facility,
Ensuring seamless coordination across teams to deliver a positive living experience for residents.
Required SkillsPeople management
Financial Skills
Administrative skill.
