Job Title: GRN Officer
Location: Ilupeju / Mushin, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Prepare and process Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs) accurately and promptly.
Inspect received goods for quantity, quality, damages, and discrepancies.
Ensure all received goods are properly documented and recorded in the inventory management system.
Liaise with suppliers, procurement, warehouse, and relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of receiving documents.
Monitor compliance with company procedures for receiving and handling goods.
Report discrepancies, damaged goods, and other irregularities to management.
RequirementsMinimum of an OND / HND / BSc Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in goods receiving, inventory management, or a similar role is an advantage.
Good numerical, analytical, and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management systems.
High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
