A reputable Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is seeking an experienced and results-driven Head of Sales to lead its sales operations, expand market reach, and drive revenue growth.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to improve performance and productivity. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer and distributor network. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance. Prepare sales reports, set performance targets, and ensure consistent achievement of business objectives.

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' relevant sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry. Proven experience in sales leadership, business development, and revenue generation. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to lead teams and consistently achieve sales targets. Must reside in Mushin, Lagos, or its surrounding environs.
