Location: Lagos
Role Overview
In this position, you will be a part of the team cohort providing direct (virtual and in-person) self-management support services to members via our innovative self-management model.
You will be expected to follow evidence-based guidelines for care while contextualizing them to the needs of the members
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years of experience working as a Registered Nurse or CHEW in health promotion, chronic illness management preferred.
Degree in Nursing, Psychology, counseling, health education, exercise science, nutrition and dietetics, etc., are preferred.
Basic Life Support skills are desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
