Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and highly organised Hospitality Supervisor to oversee daily operations, coordinate staff activities, maintain excellent service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient running of our hospitality operations.
The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate the daily operations of the facility to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
Manage, coordinate, and monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
Ensure compliance with operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
Handle customer complaints, enquiries, and service-related issues professionally.
Monitor inventory, supplies, equipment, and general facility maintenance.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and proper presentation of the facility.
Identify operational challenges and recommend practical solutions.
Train, guide, and motivate staff to maintain high performance and professionalism.
Ensure excellent guest experience and customer satisfaction at all times.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Degree or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline is an added advantage.
3–5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of hospitality operations and customer service management.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to manage a team, multitask, and work under pressure.
Good organisational, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and report preparation.
Preferred Location:Candidates residing within Lekki, Victoria Island, Ikoyi, Ajah, or other areas of Lagos Island are strongly preferred.
Candidates must be able to commute conveniently to Lekki.
SalaryN250,000 - N300,000 Monthly, depending on experience and competence.
