Greenfield Consulting - Our client, a reputable retail food business with operations around Nigeria, is recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: HR Officer

Location: Opebi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm with one day work from home

Job Summary

The HR Officer will manage the operations of the HR department, handling end-to-end recruitment of operations staff, employee relations, staff welfare and engagement.
The incumbent will manage the life cycle of operations staff from entry to exit.

Requirements

B.Sc / BA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field
Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as an HR Officer or a similar role
Experience in the food and retail sector is desirable
Membership of a relevant professional body; CIPM, HRCI, CIPD or SHRM
Practical and up-to-date knowledge of Labour law regulations and best practices
Practical knowledge of all HR functions
High degree of tact, diplomacy and discretion is essential
Candidates should live close to the work location.

Benefits

Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
Pension
Health Insurance at confirmation.
