CGD Store is seeking a knowledgeable, experienced and detail-oriented Jewellery Specialist to join our growing team.

Actively sell jewellery products to customers and achieve assigned sales targets. Welcome, engage and assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their preferences, needs and budgets. Provide expert product recommendations and explain jewellery quality, gold purity, weight, gemstones and craftsmanship. Demonstrate and present jewellery pieces to customers, highlighting their features, quality and value. Identify and assess gold purity, including 18K, 21K and 22K gold. Conduct accurate gold weight measurements, pricing and product costing. Carry out jewellery valuation and ensure accurate product pricing. Handle customer enquiries, negotiations and sales transactions professionally. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases. Manage jewellery inventory, stock records, tagging and documentation. Maintain attractive product displays and ensure proper handling and security of jewellery. Follow up on customer enquiries and sales leads to convert prospects into buyers.

2–5 years of relevant experience in jewellery sales, jewellery retail or the luxury goods industry. Strong knowledge of gold jewellery and purity identification, particularly 18K, 21K and 22K gold. Proficiency in gold weight measurement and pricing. Experience in jewellery valuation and product costing. Ability to identify gemstones and classify different jewellery types. Knowledge of jewellery inventory management and retail sales. Excellent numerical, analytical and attention-to-detail skills. Strong communication, negotiation and customer service abilities. Knowledge of jewellery inventory or POS software is an added advantage.
