Givanas Cosmetics is looking for an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee the movement and distribution of materials and finished products across our operations.
The role will be responsible for transportation and distribution, fleet operations, route planning, warehouse and inventory movement, third-party transporters/3PLs, delivery performance and logistics cost control.
Key Requirements
B.Sc./HND in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transport Management, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.
5–8 years of relevant logistics experience, preferably within FMCG, manufacturing, distribution or an industrial environment.
2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Strong hands-on experience in transportation, fleet operations and nationwide/local distribution.
Experience managing transporters, contracted trucks and 3PL providers, including rate negotiation and performance monitoring.
Strong knowledge of route planning, vehicle utilization, fuel management, preventive maintenance, repairs, licensing and insurance.
Experience coordinating warehouse activities, dispatch, inventory movement and inter-location transfers.
Good understanding of logistics budgeting, transportation costs and cost optimization.
Experience with ERP, GPS/fleet tracking, inventory or logistics management systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership, reporting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
SalaryN400,000 – N500,000 monthly.
