Job Title: Marketing Lead
Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities
Develop & implement marketing strategies aligned with Stax's business objectives.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager to support effective execution of marketing campaigns.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns for our products and services.
Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports to Management.
Plan promotional activities, market outreaches, activations, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Coordinate digital and offline marketing activities.
Track results and recommend improvements based on performance.
Conduct market research and identify new marketing opportunities.
Drive brand awareness, product adoption, and customer acquisition.
Support product launches, promotions, and other business growth initiatives.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, BusinessAdministration, Communications, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Ability to take initiative and work independently. 3-5 years of proven professional marketing experience.
Good understanding of both digital and offline marketing.
Experience in customer acquisition, brand development, and promotional activities.
Strong communication, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in technology, fintech, retail,e- commerce, SaaS, or a similar industry is an advantage.
