Yemozil Investment Ltd is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Lead to lead and coordinate the company's marketing activities, strengthen brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate qualified business leads. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support business growth, increase brand awareness, and contribute to the company's sales objectives.

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Lead and coordinate the marketing team to ensure effective execution of marketing activities. Oversee digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other relevant platforms. Develop marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and lead generation. Work closely with the Sales team to ensure marketing efforts translate into qualified leads and business opportunities. Monitor marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and return on investment. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and business opportunities. Coordinate content development, brand messaging, advertising, and promotional campaigns. Identify and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and marketing opportunities. Ensure consistency in brand identity and communication across all marketing channels. Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports to management. Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal utilisation of resources.

Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably within real estate, property development, hospitality, or a related industry. Demonstrable experience developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns. Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, brand positioning, and lead generation. Experience managing marketing teams and coordinating cross-functional activities. Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and project management skills. Ability to interpret marketing data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace. Strong commercial awareness and a results-oriented mindset.

The ideal candidate must understand that marketing goes beyond visibility; it must contribute to leadgeneration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
