Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry to drive brand visibility, market penetration and business growth.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement marketing strategies to drive product awareness and sales growth.
Lead pharmaceutical product marketing, promotions and brand positioning.
Identify new market opportunities and develop strategic business partnerships.
Build relationships with pharmacies, hospitals, healthcare professionals and distributors.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Collaborate with the sales team to improve market share and revenue.
Monitor marketing performance and manage marketing budgets.
Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ relevant marketing experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing or distribution.
Proven experience in pharmaceutical product marketing and business development.
Good understanding of pharmaceutical products and healthcare markets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and analytical skills.
Demonstrated ability to deliver measurable marketing and sales results.
