Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Marketplace Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery, coordinate distributors, and resolve operational challenges.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor orders from receipt to fulfilment and delivery.
Coordinate distributors and track outstanding orders.
Monitor operational KPIs and delivery performance.
Maintain accurate reports and provide regular updates to management.
Resolve operational bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
RequirementsExperience in FMCG, e-commerce, marketplace, logistics, distribution, or retail operations.
Strong Excel/Google Sheets, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ownership, urgency, and accountability.
