Medical Sales Representative

Position Overview

Pharma Ethics Ltd. is looking for highly motivated and goal-driven Medical Sales Representatives (MSR) to boost sales and expand market presence in Lagos. The MSR will be tasked with promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, ensuring strong product adoption and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties


Market and sell the company's pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, pharmacies, and medical institutions.
Seek out and explore new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions for healthcare professionals.
Effectively plan and execute territory coverage to maximize outreach.
Maintain an up-to-date database of clients, leads, and sales records.
Adhere to ethical sales practices and comply with company policies, industry regulations, and medical sales best practices.


Requirements & Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in medical sales or pharmaceutical marketing is advantageous (entry-level candidates with strong sales potential will be considered).


Skills & Competencies


Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
Excellent relationship management and customer service skills.
Familiarity with the territories and existing relationships with healthcare professionals will be an advantage.
