Job Summary
We are a leading pharmaceutical company seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven professional to join our team as a National Business Manager (NBM).
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement national sales strategies to achieve company revenue and profitability objectives.
Lead, coach, and manage Regional Managers and field sales teams across the country.
Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of agreed sales targets and KPIs.
Drive market expansion, business growth, and customer acquisition initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support decision-making.
Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other departments to ensure effective execution of business plans.
Prepare and present periodic sales and business performance reports to Management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory requirements.
RequirementsB.Sc Degree / HND in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
7–10 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 3 years in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and business development skills.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively across the country.
SalaryN600,000 - N800,000 monthly.
