We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Grocery Box. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory, procurement, suppliers, order fulfilment, logistics and ensuring efficient delivery of products to customers.

Manage the day-to-day operations of Grocery Box. Oversee procurement, stock availability, inventory management and replenishment. Manage relationships with suppliers, wholesalers and FMCG distributors. Monitor product movement, expiry dates, damages, wastage and stock levels. Ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packaged and dispatched on time. Coordinate delivery operations and monitor delivery performance. Monitor product pricing, operational costs and margins. Develop and implement efficient processes for procurement, inventory and order fulfilment. Identify and resolve operational issues that may affect customer service or profitability. Supervise operations staff and logistics partners. Maintain accurate operational records and prepare regular performance reports. Ensure proper storage and handling of food products.

B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field. 2 – 3 years of experience in FMCG, retail, grocery, e-commerce or distribution operations. Practical experience in inventory, procurement, supplier and logistics management. Strong knowledge of Foodstuffs and distribution processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant digital tools. Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Good leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Experience in online grocery or e-commerce operations is an added advantage.
