We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Private Chef
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Plan and prepare daily meals featuring both Nigerian and international cuisines.
Develop varied menus based on dietary preferences and nutritional requirements.
Ensure excellent food presentation, taste and quality.
Manage kitchen inventory, grocery shopping and food supplies.
Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene, food safety and cleanliness.
Manage food preparation, storage and kitchen equipment appropriately.
Accommodate special dietary requirements and meal preferences.
RequirementsProven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef or in a reputable hospitality establishment.
Excellent culinary skills across Nigerian and international cuisines.
Good knowledge of food hygiene, nutrition and food safety.
Creativity, attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Trustworthiness, discretion, professionalism and reliability.
Ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations effectively.
