Job Overview

The role involves overseeing and organizing the company's manufacturing processes. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing operational guidelines, production strategies, and programs
- Ensuring manufacturing aligns with company objectives, in collaboration with Production Supervisor/Assistant Manager
- Verifying availability of necessary materials, utilities, and equipment
- Executing monthly and weekly production schedules
- Supervising drug manufacturing in compliance with cGMP standards
- Maintaining production yields and overseeing facilities
- Upholding cleanliness and hygiene in manufacturing areas
- Maintaining equipment functionality
- Supporting product development trials
- Fostering a positive work culture
- Facilitating on-the-job training
- Enforcing hygiene protocols for personnel
- Generating daily reports

Qualifications and Abilities

- B.Pharm. degree required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Registration with Pharmacy Council of Nigeria
- Strong teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational and planning capabilities
- Detail-oriented with good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
- Inventory management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
