Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Retail Network Growth Manager to drive retailer acquisition, activation, retention and sales growth across our Micro Fulfilment Centre (MFC) network.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive retailer acquisition and active customer growth across MFC locations.
Manage and improve the productivity of field sales teams (PSEs).
Develop strategies for retailer activation, retention and repeat orders.
Manage MFC partner relationships and ensure achievement of growth targets.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular performance reports.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
7–10 years of experience in field sales, FMCG, retail distribution, sales operations or network management.
Proven experience managing field sales teams and delivering growth targets.
Strong leadership, analytical and reporting skills.
Willingness to travel across MFC locations.
SalaryN1,000,000 - N1,200,000 monthly.
