Job Title: SaaS Implementation & Technical Support Specialist

Role Description
The SaaS Implementation & Technical Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
This role is responsible for managing end-to-end implementation of SWL’s SaaS solutions, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and user onboarding.
The Specialist will provide technical support to clients, troubleshoot application and integration issues, and ensure timely resolution of support tickets.
Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with internal product and development teams, delivering user training and documentation, monitoring system performance and usage, and proactively working to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
The role also involves maintaining clear communication with clients, capturing feedback for product improvement, and following structured processes for deployment and support.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Candidates should possess strong analytical skills for troubleshooting, problem-solving, and interpreting customer requirements.
Candidates should possess software implementation skills, including configuration, testing, and deployment of SaaS or cloud-based applications.
Candidates should possess excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts clearly and collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Candidates should possess customer service and customer satisfaction skills, with a focus on responsiveness, empathy, and follow-through.
Relevant experience in technical support, implementation consulting, or IT operations within a software or SaaS environment.
Working knowledge of web technologies, databases, APIs, and basic networking concepts is beneficial.
Ability to document processes, create user guides, and maintain accurate records of configurations and support activities.
Ability to work on-site in Lagos, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to evolving tools and processes.
