About the role
Metro Group is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Team Lead to lead our Real Estate division. You will oversee sales and marketing for both off-plan and completed properties, manage and grow the sales team, and build a strong marketing engine that delivers clear monthly ROI.
This role requires a strategic leader with strong sales expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and the ability to drive both top-line and bottom-line revenue.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the sales team training, supervision & performance management
Set sales strategies and meet monthly revenue targets
Build and execute digital & offline marketing strategies with measurable ROI
Generate leads, manage client relationships, and close property deals
Oversee documentation, negotiations, inspections & closing processes
Coordinate marketing materials with the design team
Track performance and provide periodic CRM-based reports
Monitor market trends, competition, and pricing
RequirementsBSC
5+ years sales/marketing leadership experience (Real Estate preferred)
Strong digital marketing skills
Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace & CRM tools
Strong organizational skills.
RemunerationSalary: N500,000 monthly
Benefit: HMO, 13th months, 3% commission on all sales.
