The Security Supervisor will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the security operations to ensure the safety and protection of personnel, property, and assets. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising security staff, coordinating security activities, and implementing effective security protocols and procedures. The Security Supervisor will work closely with management and other departments to identify potential security risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Supervise and coordinate the activities of the security team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Develop, implement, and maintain security protocols to protect personnel, property, and assets. Conduct regular security inspections and audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities. Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, coordinating appropriate measures to mitigate risks. Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff performance to promote a high level of efficiency and professionalism. Collaborate with management and other departments to assess security needs and develop comprehensive safety plans. Maintain accurate records and prepare reports related to security activities, incidents, and investigations.

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role in the security industry. Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide staff effectively. Excellent knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices. Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff, management, and external parties. Detail-oriented with strong observational skills and the ability to identify potential security risks. Relevant security certifications or licenses as required by local regulations.
