Job Description
We are seeking experienced, result-driven, and highly motivated professionals to join our team as senior medical Sales representatives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales and achieve assigned revenue and volume targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Execute demand-generation activities, CMEs, and other promotional programs.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide timely feedback.
Ensure accurate reporting of sales activities through the company's sales software.
RequirementsB.Sc./HND in Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline.
3–5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong knowledge of hospitals, pharmacies, distributors, and healthcare institutions within the assigned territory.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
RemunerationN200,000 - N300,000 monthly.
