Job Summary
The ideal candidate must possess a strong legal background, practical knowledge of the real estate industry, and the ability to leverage modern technology and digital tools in carrying out legal and administrative responsibilities.
ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and manage legal agreements and property documents.
Conduct property title searches and legal due diligence.
Handle land acquisition, property transactions, and related legal matters.
Provide legal guidance on real estate operations and investments.
Utilise digital tools and technology to improve legal processes and documentation.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
RequirementsMust possess an LL.B Degree and be called to the Nigerian Bar.
Strong knowledge of real estate law, land acquisition, property transactions, and property documentation.
Must be tech-savvy and proficient in using computers, digital platforms, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
Ability to use digital tools for legal research, document preparation, record management, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with property management software, digital land records, and online real estate platforms is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and adapt to new technologies.
Relevant experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
