About the Role

• Our client, a reputable digital healthcare provider, seeks a licensed Pharmacist to join their team as a Telehealth Pharmacist – Customer Service.
• The role involves providing professional pharmaceutical guidance, supporting patients through digital platforms, and ensuring safe, timely, and compliant medication care.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to patient's inquiries via phone, chat, email, and telehealth platforms.
• Provide expert counseling on medication use, side effects, and adherence.
• Support patients with prescriptions, orders, and medication fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate documentation per pharmacy practice standards.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate medical or operational teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient experience.

Requirements

• B.Pharm or Pharm.D with a valid practicing license.
• 1-2 years experience in telehealth pharmacy.
• Excellent communication and digital literacy skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Salary

• N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
