Job Summary
We are looking for a polished, highly attentive and service-driven Concierge to provide personalised assistance to high-profile guests using a private airport terminal and lounge.
The Concierge will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the guest's experience is smooth, seamless and professionally managed — from arrival at the terminal through to boarding.
What you will do
Personally welcome and attend to VIPs, HNIs, dignitaries and other high-profile guests.
Coordinate the guest's movement and experience throughout the terminal.
Assist with check-in, boarding, lounge access, luggage and other airport-related arrangements.
Coordinate with airline, airport, security, transportation and other service teams as required.
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly and discreetly to requests.
Resolve issues calmly and professionally.
Maintain accurate awareness of guest itineraries, flight schedules and service requirements.
Ensure that guests receive a consistently exceptional and personalised experience.
Handle sensitive information and high-profile guests with discretion and confidentiality.
What we are looking for
Experience in concierge services, luxury hospitality, aviation, premium customer service, executive assistance or a similar high-touch environment.
Excellent spoken English and strong communication skills.
Impeccable grooming and professional presentation.
Warm, confident and naturally service-oriented.
Calm under pressure and able to think on your feet.
Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
Comfortable interacting with senior executives, dignitaries and other high-profile individuals.
Highly discreet, trustworthy and emotionally intelligent.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
You are the face of the experience and every detail matters.
SalaryN300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
