Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator to develop engaging visual and digital content that strengthens our brand presence, showcases our properties, and drives audience engagement across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, has a keen eye for detail, and can independently create high-quality content from concept to publication.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, create, and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, events, and company activities.
Edit videos for short-form and long-form content using professional editing tools.
Design creative graphics, flyers, reels, and promotional materials.
Develop content calendars and execute weekly content plans.
Write compelling captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand voice.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to promote listings, campaigns, and company events.
Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics and trends.
Stay updated on social media trends and emerging content formats.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media, or any related field.
2–3 years' proven experience as a Content Creator or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, graphic design, and social media content creation.
Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar creative tools.
Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
Strong understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
Added Advantage:Experience creating content for the real estate industry.
Ability to operate a drone and capture aerial footage (with relevant certification where applicable).
Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and social media analytics.
Candidates must be based in Abujaand should be available for immediate resumption.
