We are seeking a creative and results-driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop engaging content, manage the company’s social media platforms, and strengthen its online presence.

Create engaging, creative, and high-quality content for the company’s social media platforms. Develop content ideas that attract, educate, and engage the target audience. Plan and manage the company’s social media content calendar. Create and edit videos, reels, photos, graphics, and other social media content. Manage the company’s social media pages and maintain a consistent brand presence. Monitor social media trends and create relevant content around them. Respond to comments, messages, and DMs professionally and promptly. Monitor audience engagement and use insights to improve content performance. Collaborate with the team to promote services, campaigns, and special offers. Respond to social media DMs and enquiries during weekends when required.

BSc in Mass Communication or a relevant field. Proven experience in content creation and social media management. Strong ability to create engaging content that attracts and retains an audience. Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant social media platforms. Excellent video creation and editing skills. Good understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content strategy. Creativity, proactiveness, and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the brand. Good written and verbal communication skills. Willingness to respond to DMs and engage with the audience during weekends when required. A portfolio of previous content work is required.
