Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Designer & Video Editor to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong skills in graphic design and video editing, with the ability to create visually appealing content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other brand communication materials.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging graphics for social media, digital advertisements, websites and other marketing materials.
Design promotional materials such as flyers, banners, social media posts, and campaign creatives.
Collaborate with the marketing and content team to develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.
Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, advertisements, campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Select and arrange footage, music, sound effects, graphics, transitions, and captions to produce engaging videos.
Perform basic color correction, audio enhancement, and other post-production adjustments.
Add text, subtitles, motion graphics, and other visual elements where required.
Assist with video shoots when required, including basic camera setup, framing, lighting, and capturing footage.
Organize and maintain raw footage, project files, and completed video assets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
A Degree, Diploma, or professional training in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Multimedia, Film/Video Production, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of relevant experience in graphic design, video editing, or a related creative role.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or CorelDRAW.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar tools.
Good understanding of composition, typography, colour, layout, and visual storytelling.
Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong creative thinking and willingness to experiment with new ideas.
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
SalaryN250,000 - N300,000 monthly (Negotiable).
