Job Title: Field Sales Supervisor
Locations: Abuja (FCT), Kaduna, Kano, Lagos & Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time
Primary Job Responsibilities (In Summary)
Supervise, coordinate, and provide direction to Field Sales Representatives within the assigned territory to ensure effective execution of sales plans and achievement of set targets.
Develop and maintain strong, enduring, and profitable relationships with distributors, customers, and key trade partners within the assigned territory.
Monitor territory sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities, providing actionable insights to improve sales and market penetration.
Drive the identification and development of new customers, accounts, distributors and sales opportunities to increase sales revenue, market share and distribution coverage.
Monitor SKU performance and drive product penetration and visibility to ensure the company’s brands maintain a competitive advantage within the territory.
Conduct regular field visits with sales representatives to assess market execution, customer coverage, distribution effectiveness, merchandising, product availability and compliance with sales standards.
Major Requirements
Degree/ HND in Marketing, Sales or other relevant discipline.
Minimum of five years’ relevant experience in Sales with at least three years at a managerial level, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Professional Certification in Sales, such as ISM, NASP, ICSP is an added advantage.
Locations: Lagos, Abuja, Kano, Kaduna, Port Harcourt.
SalaryN20,000,000 - N30,000,000 Gross annually.
