Job Title: Front Office Staff / Guest Service Agent

Summary
The Front Office Staff/GSA serves as one of the primary points of contact between the hotel and its guests, ensuring a warm welcome, efficient guest service and a smooth experience throughout the guest's stay.
Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and attend to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately.
Confirm reservations and provide guests with relevant information about their accommodation and hotel facilities.
Respond to guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
Handle telephone calls, messages and other guest communications.
Maintain accurate guest records and front-office documentation.
Process payments and provide receipts where applicable.
Coordinate with Housekeeping regarding room status and availability.
Liaise with other departments to ensure guest requests are handled promptly.
Maintain a professional and organized front desk at all times.
Promote hotel facilities, services and available offerings to guests.
Follow established procedures for guest privacy, safety and security.
Prepare and submit required front-office reports.
Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or Manager.
