Job Overview

• The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficient sales processes, excellent customer service, and proper inventory management.
• This role includes supervising staff, maintaining stock levels, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving sales performance.
• The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and experience managing retail operations.

Responsibilities and Duties — Daily Tasks

• Open and close the store securely.
• Supervise staff schedules and ensure adequate coverage.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory for daily operations.
• Oversee cash handling and perform daily reconciliations.
• Maintain cleanliness and visually appealing displays.
• Monitor security and enforce loss prevention measures.
• Welcome and engage customers in-store.
• Price, label, and systematically arrange products.
• Identify customer needs and recommend the right products.
• Process customer payments and maintain records.
• Manage and monitor orders via e-channels.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and deliveries.
• Restock depleted items and keep the sales floor organized per guidelines.
• Drive business development and sales promotions.
• Address and resolve customers’ complaints professionally.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 4 years of work experience.

Salary
N200,000 – N230,000 Monthly.
