Job Title: Loan Sales Officer

Job Summary
As the Sales Officer, you will drive customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and revenue growth by marketing the bank’s SME and individual loan products.
ResponsibilitiesPromote the bank’s loan products and achieve assigned loan disbursement and sales targets.
Generate leads, acquire new customers, onboard agents and POS merchants, and drive B2B acquisition and savings mobilization.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, convert prospects into customers, and maintain accurate CRM records.
Monitor customer repayments and maintain a healthy loan portfolio by keeping Portfolio at Risk (PAR) low.
Build strong client relationships, provide guidance on financial products, and ensure efficient service delivery.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 4 years’ field-driven experience in sales, merchant acquisition, or agency banking.
Experience in Microfinance Banking, Fintech, or other financial institutions, with a proven track record of sales performance.
Strong understanding of loan products, customer acquisition, agency/POS onboarding, and digital banking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and CRM skills; target-driven and results-oriented.
SalaryN250,000 - N400,000 per month.
