RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, or related field.
8 years' experience in journalism, television, digital media, or newsroom management.
Proven leadership experience in a media organisation.
Strong knowledge of digital publishing, social media, and content strategy.
Excellent leadership, communication, and editorial skills.
