Job Description
The Paid Social Media Manager will own the planning, execution, optimisation and performance of the organization's paid social and organic social media presence across relevant platforms including Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and X.
Education / Professional Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in paid social media management and organic social media strategy.
Experience in gaming, sportsbooks, fintech, sports media, or a fast growth digital brand is an added advantage.
Skill Requirements:Strong proficiency in Ads management, social analytics and scheduling tools.
Excellent analytical judgment, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight campaign timelines.
Strong understanding of paid media buying, audience segmentation, conversion-led campaigns, and sports audience behaviour.
Good knowledge of responsible advertising standards and the need for compliant promotional communication.
Professional demeanor, high emotional intelligence, and strong interpersonal skills.
Good planning, and organizational abilities.
Great time management skills.
SalaryN500,000 - N700,000 / Month.
