Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Lekki - Ikota Axis, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media content calendars across Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content (graphics, videos, captions, etc.).
• Monitor trends and insights to optimize content and grow follower base organically.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
• Analyze performance metrics and generate monthly reports to track ROI.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and engage with the community in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align strategies and branding.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / OND / Bachelor's Degree
• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong content creation skills (canva, reels, short-form videos).
• Excellent understanding of social media trends, platforms, and best practices.
• Ability to write compelling copy and captions.
• Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Must reside within or around the Lekki-Ikota axis (proximity is key).
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills.
• Experience with paid ads and campaign management.
• Background in digital marketing, PR, or communications.
