About the Role
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our social media platforms, create engaging content, and produce short-form videos that grow the brand's online presence.
The ideal candidate should be skilled in social media management, content creation, video editing, and audience engagement, with a strong interest in beauty and fashion.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage the company's Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook accounts.
Develop and maintain a content calendar.
Create engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and short-form videos.
Shoot and edit videos for social media.
Edit videos using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Write engaging captions and social media copy.
Monitor beauty, fashion, and social media trends.
Create content that showcases products, services, and the brand.
Respond to comments and messages professionally.
Grow engagement, reach, followers, and brand visibility.
Track social media performance and prepare simple reports.
Support social media campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities.
Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity.
RequirementsPrevious experience in social media management and content creation.
Strong video editing skills.
Gender Preference: Female preferred
Ability to create engaging Reels, TikToks, and short-form videos.
Good knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Strong interest in beauty and fashion.
Creative with good storytelling and communication skills.
Proficiency in CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
Good understanding of current social media trends.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Portfolio of previous social media and video work is required.
SalaryN150,000 per month.
