Job Description
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Manager to manage our online presence, create engaging content, and drive sales through strategic digital marketing.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimizing content across our social media platforms while executing high-performing advertising campaigns.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.
Create, edit, and publish engaging photo and video content for social media platforms.
Manage the company's social media accounts, TikTok and Instagram
Plan and execute Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results.
Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries professionally.
Stay updated on social media trends and recommend new content ideas.
Work closely with the sales and operations team to promote products and campaigns.
Prepare monthly reports on social media growth and advertising performance.
RequirementsProven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
Proficiency in creating and editing high-quality photo and video content using tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Education & Experience:Minimum of OND/HND/Bachelor's Degree in anyfield.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in social media management and digital advertising.
Other Requirements:Applicants should reside on Lagos Island or its environs to ensure easy commute.
Must be creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital marketing.
A portfolio or links to previous social media work will be an added advantage.
Work Schedule:Fully Onsite.
Monday to Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Thursday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Remuneration & Benefits
Monthly Salary: N150,000
