Job Summary
We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to manage the company’s online presence, grow audience engagement, and drive brand awareness across multiple digital platforms.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media algorithms, content strategy, and digital marketing trends.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Manage content calendars, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Monitor social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Track and analyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
Identify emerging trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
Manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand.
Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, CapCut, and social media analytics tools.
Excellent copywriting, communication, and storytelling skills.
Strong understanding of social media advertising and audience targeting.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Experience with content planning and community management is essential.
